What Will You Do?

• Maintain and enhance revenue processes and sheets which capture accurate revenue recognition and accrued income.
• Assist with system analysis, including the reconciliation of charges from all sources.
• Ensure timely invoicing to partners.
• Assisting in monthly close, including preparing related journal entries.
• Ensure completeness of receivables balances being reported.
• Ensure that receipts are reconciled with backend systems and other monthly revenue reports in a timely manner.
• Reconcile receivable balances periodically.
• Investigate discrepancies on receivable balances.
• Work closely with the Commercial team and other relevant stakeholders. regarding partners accounts, commission, outstanding debtor balances, etc.
• Define and identify recommendations or solutions to a more efficient revenue recognition process.
• Seek to automate the current revenue related processes as much as possible.
• Assist with the revenue related processes being implemented and redefined in the new ERP software.
• Strive to produce detailed revenue related reports which will help stakeholders like Commercial and product teams.
• Ensure revenue documentation is always kept updated with any relevant changes.
• Assist with any audit requests related to revenue and related processes.
• Assisting the Head of Finance or the CFO with revenue related projects when required.

What Will You Bring to the Table? 

✓ 5+ years of experience in sales or affiliation.
✓ Deep knowledge of the iGaming and affiliate industries (a big plus!).
✓ 3+ years experience in a similar role.
✓ Experience in the iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
✓ Applicants must be in the process of attaining an accounting qualification such as ACCA with knowledge around VAT and revenue reporting requirements.
✓ Excellent Excel skills which facilitate sharing of information efficiently and effectively to the different stakeholders.
✓ Highly detail-oriented and organized.
✓ Problem solving skills.
✓ Highly analytical, strong data gathering skills and organized.
✓ Able to work with tight deadlines.
