As a People Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of fostering an engaging and high-performing workplace. Acting as a trusted advisor to key departments, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership on people-related matters, ensuring teams are supported, motivated, and set up for success.

What Will You Do?
As a People Business Partner, you’ll ensure our teams are engaged, supported, and set up for success. Your key responsibilities:

• Build strong and meaningful relationships with key departments and stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Support leadership on people-related matters.
  
• Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance team performance.
  
• Lead recruitment for assigned departments.
  
• Manage staffing plans for our Malta office, using internal mobility and external hiring.
  
• Identify training needs and propose solutions.

You’ll play a key role in evolving the People department, contributing to projects such as:

• HRIT system implementation
  
• Defining our Employer Value Proposition (EVP)
  
• Designing a compensation policy
  
• Enhancing recruitment strategies
  

What Will You Bring to the Table? 

• 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with focus on employee relations and talent management.
• Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus, but not a must!
• Ability to navigate key HR processes like Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, and Training & Development.
• A strong understanding of Maltese labour law to ensure compliance and best practices across our organisation.
