What is my department like?
The Phoenix Department at Clever Advertising is dedicated to content production and is structured into four key areas: SEO, Content, IT, and Design. The team specializes in creating optimized betting-related content tailored for different markets and countries.

What is my role like? 
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own and elevate our social media presence. The ideal candidate will be an expert in building engaged communities and creating compelling social content that not only captures attention but also drives meaningful traffic. You will be the voice of our brands, working to increase brand awareness and engagement while ensuring all social media activities are aligned with our broader SEO and content strategy goals.

What will my daily tasks involve?

• Develop and execute a social media strategy specifically designed to maximize reach and drive referral traffic to our content websites.
• Transform our long-form content (articles, reviews, guides on betting and casinos) into engaging, click-worthy social media posts, stories, and short-form videos.
• Manage a high-volume content promotion scheduled across multiple social media channels (e.g., X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Reddit) tailored to the general public.
• Work hand-in-hand with Content Writers and SEO Specialists to understand new content and develop the most effective social media hooks to promote it.
• Track and analyse social media performance with a primary focus on traffic-related KPIs: click-through rate (CTR), referral traffic volume, and bounce rate.
• A/B testing different formats, headlines, and visuals to optimize for engagement and clicks.
• Stay on top of social media trends and viral formats to find new and creative ways to present our content and capture audience attention.

What is expected from me?

• Proven experience in Social Media Management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience in the iGaming, betting, or online entertainment industry is a huge plus.
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and analytics platforms.
• A strong understanding of how social media integrates with and supports SEO and content marketing strategies.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team (Content, SEO, Design).
• Native or fluent English proficiency.
