What is my role like?
As a Paid Media Specialist – Consultant, you will play a key role in driving user acquisition and retention for iGaming brands within our in-app advertising department. Your day-to-day will involve developing, executing, and optimizing paid media strategies across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms, with a strong focus on performance metrics such as CPA, ROI, and LTV. You’ll collaborate closely with design and content teams to craft high-performing creatives, run A/B tests, and ensure full compliance with industry regulations. Beyond managing campaigns, you’ll provide data-driven insights, identify new market opportunities, and contribute to Clever’s ongoing innovation in our acquisition department.
What will my daily tasks involve
- Develop and manage paid media strategies focused on user acquisition and retention for iGaming brands.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) campaigns targeting specific geographies and player profiles.
- Continuously analyze campaign performance, optimizing for CPA, ROI, and lifetime value (LTV).
- Implement A/B and multivariate tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize efficiency and performance.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging and compliant ad creatives that convert.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to advertising policies and regulatory guidelines in the iGaming industry.
- Identify new growth opportunities, markets, and audience segments, leveraging data and platform insights.
- Generate detailed performance reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with iGaming market trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure Clever remains at the forefront of paid media innovation.
What is expected from me?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing, ideally within the iGaming or gambling industry.
- Proven success managingMeta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with significant budgets.
- Deep understanding ofplayer acquisition funnels, conversion optimization, and retention strategies in regulated markets.
- Proficiency in tools such asGoogle Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Familiarity withgeo-targeting, creative compliance, and KYC-related advertising restrictions.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
