What is my role like?
The People Team Trainee โ Talent Acquisition supports the full recruitment lifecycle, assisting in sourcing, screening, coordination, and candidate experience. Additionally, this role plays an active part in enhancing the efficiency of Cleverโs Applicant Tracking System (Teamtailor), ensuring that processes, workflows, and data are consistently accurate and optimized. Through close collaboration with the People Team and Hiring Managers, the trainee contributes to building a strong talent pipeline, improving recruitment operations, and strengthening our employer brand presence.
What will my daily tasks involve?
- Assist in managing the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Post and update job vacancies across platforms (ATS, website, job boards, LinkedIn).
- Support candidate screening by reviewing CVs and conducting initial assessments.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the ATS to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and improve ATS workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient processes for the People Team and Hiring Managers.
- Generate standard recruitment reports (pipeline status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness).
- Support continuous improvement of ATS utilization by identifying inefficiencies or missing data.
- Document ATS processes and prepare training materials for Hiring Managers and new People Team members.
What is expected from me?
โ Previous experience is not required, but it would be beneficial.
โ Proficiency in Google Workspace (particularly Sheets/Excel and Docs).
โ Ability to create well-structured documents, reports, and presentations.
โ Interest in HR technology, tools, and data organization.
