What is my department like?
The Commercial Department is a strategic and results-driven team focused on building long-term partnerships and driving revenue growth. We work closely with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding service to our partners in the iGaming industry.
What is my role like?
This pivotal role is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial and account management operations. It achieves this by delivering robust administrative, financial, and analytical support, ensuring the integrity of data, optimizing critical workflows, and empowering teams with the insights needed for strategic decision-making and sustained growth.
What will my daily tasks involve?
Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within assigned accounts
Develop strategic account plans aligned with client needs and company objectives
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion into emerging markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
Maintain accurate CRM records, pipelines, and client documentation
Support onboarding of new clients and liaise with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Operations)
Provide regular performance updates and insights to management
What is expected from me?
2–3 years of experience in account management or business development
Proven track record in achieving retention and growth targets
Experience in iGaming or digital marketing (strongly preferred)
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset
Proficiency in CRM platforms and Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (good to have)
Fluency in English (spoken and written)
Based in Malta or Brazil
Availability for frequent international travel
