The Internal Business Development Manager acts as the vital strategic bridge between online gaming operators and internal media teams. The primary purpose of this role is to resolve inefficiencies by connecting market demand (brands/operators) with internal marketing supply (SEO, Media Buying, App Traffic, Programmatic, and Social). This role focuses on optimizing partner margins through commercial negotiation, data-driven forecasting, providing technical support over the onboarding process with Operators, and cross-functional alignment to deliver high-quality volume and sustainable growth without being a market-facing sales role.

What Will You Do?
Portfolio Management Support: Act as the main point of contact between online gaming operators (Casino and Sportsbook) and the internal needs of the designated channels.
Deal Negotiation Support: Assist in negotiating business and commercial terms, ensuring Clever Advertising’s needs and margins are optimized while delivering high-quality volume to partners.
Strategy Support: Advise operators, through Account Managers, on which markets (GEOs) and traffic types are currently performing best.
Supply Management: Collaborate with paid traffic teams (Direct Media Buying, Programmatic Display, Facebook, Paid Search) to align media buying with account needs.
Data-Driven Orientation: Turn data into actionable reports to adjust promotional strategy (Demand & Supply needs).
Forecasting: Analyze historical traffic trends to predict results and growth expectations.
Feedback Loop: Report traffic quality back to internal marketing teams to enable fine-tuning of campaigns.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience RequiredEducation / Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is considered as an asset.
Experience:
Proven experience in the iGaming industry, specifically within media buying or programmatic environments.
Experience in a "pivot" or "connector" role between commercial and technical/marketing teams.
Strong background in commercial negotiation and margin optimization.
Technical Skills:
Data Analysis: Proficient in navigating PowerBI ecosystems to monitor daily KPIs, identify performance gaps, and inform strategic pivots.
Marketing Channel Knowledge: Deep understanding of Media Buying, Programmatic, SEO, and Social/Influencer traffic.
Forecasting: Ability to perform data-driven forecasting and trend analysis.
Soft Skills:
Strong internal stakeholder management and communication skills.
Results-oriented with a focus on operational efficiency.
Strategic thinker capable of aligning diverse departmental goals.
Proactive approach to identifying and resolving internal "bottlenecks."
