What is my role like?
This role exists to ensure seamless alignment and operational integration between Clever and its partners, following a strategic acquisition. It contributes by facilitating communication, synchronizing workflows, and bridging teams to maintain long-term business synergy, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment across both organizations.
What will my daily tasks involve?
Act as the primary liaison between Clever and our partners, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication across all stakeholders.
Support the ongoing integration of applications, workflows, and business processes, ensuring operational efficiency and consistency with strategic objectives.
Identify gaps, risks, or misalignments between teams, facilitating practical and timely solutions.
Track progress of integration milestones, maintain visibility of dependencies, and escalate issues proactively.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans in collaboration with product, operations, and technical teams.
Ensure long-term partnership success by reinforcing alignment around shared business goals.
Promote standardization of documentation, decision-making, and communication flows across all integration activities.
Contribute to post-acquisition sustainability by identifying improvement opportunities and supporting continuous alignment.
What is expected from me?
2โ3 years of experience in digital marketing or user acquisition.
Proven experience in implementation, operations, or business coordination roles.
Experience in cross-functional or post-acquisition integration environments strongly preferred.
Familiarity with managing multiple stakeholders and complex projects involving both strategic and operational elements.
Strong analytical and data management skills.
Strong understanding of business process mapping, operational workflows, and cross-system integrations.
Ability to manage and track projects using collaboration and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and assess integration progress.
Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Google Workspace).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strategic and analytical thinking with an execution-oriented approach.
High adaptability and comfort working in ambiguous or evolving environments.
Proactive and self-driven, with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and alignment across organizations.
