What is my role like? 

This role exists to produce and adapt visual and motion content across multiple formats for marketing, social media, and client campaigns. It requires strong autonomy, organization, and efficiency to keep up with a fast-paced, deadline-driven workflow.

What will my daily tasks involve?

• Develop and adapt key visuals and campaign assets across multiple formats, including motion and social media, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.

• Create and edit motion design content for campaigns and social media.

• Manage day-to-day client requests, organizing tasks, priorities, and deadlines with a high degree of autonomy.

• Collaborate in the Design team and closely with cross-functional teams (developers, product managers, marketing specialists) to bring design concepts into production.

• Prepare and deliver design documents, presentations, and project assets when required.

• Keep work files and processes organized so that projects can be easily picked up by other team members when needed.

• Adapt to different design needs across the team's projects, contributing effectively whenever priorities shift beyond the main client account.

• Stay updated on design trends, motion techniques, and emerging AI tools relevant to the role.
  

What is expected from me?

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating motion design, social media content, and multi-format campaign execution.

• Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe CS, mainly Photoshop, After Effects, and Illustrator (must-have).

• Experience with Canva, including producing editable files.

• Familiarity with AI-based design or automation tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of UI/UX or interaction design is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Strong critical eye, with attention to visual quality and consistency across deliverables.

• Confident communicator, with strong client-facing skills and comfort handling challenging situations.

• Highly organized, with the ability to structure work so it can be easily picked up by colleagues when needed.

• Resilient under pressure, able to maintain quality and composure in fast-paced situations.

• Open to feedback, with the ability to incorporate input constructively into their work.

• Adaptable, comfortable moving between different types of projects and priorities within the team.
