Job Purpose

This role exists to identify, negotiate, and secure high-value advertising opportunities that drive revenue and brand visibility. It contributes by ensuring Clever Advertising's campaigns achieve maximum ROI through strategic media placements and strong relationships with publishers and platforms.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Research and identify advertising opportunities across online channels (websites, apps, and other digital platforms).

• Negotiate optimal rates, formats, and placements to maximize campaign impact and profitability.

• Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with media owners and partners.

• Build and manage a pool of media partners to expand business opportunities.

• Analyze and report on campaign performance to optimize future placements.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Media Controllers, Compliance) to optimize advertising strategies.

• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, formats, and new market opportunities.

• Promote Clever Advertising's value proposition effectively to potential partners.

• Ensure process compliance and maintain documentation and CRM tool updated.

Experience

• Experience in sales, business development, or media buying, ideally B2B and within the digital advertising industry.

• Experience negotiating deals and managing partnerships.

• Proficiency with productivity and CRM tools to manage outreach and reporting.

• Ability to analyze performance data and identify optimization opportunities.

• Nice to have: experience in iGaming.

• Nice to have: familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Programmatic Buying).

• Nice to have: understanding of digital advertising channels, formats, and pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPA).

Soft Skills

• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English (other languages are highly valued).

• Strong commercial sense and business acumen.

• Confidence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships.
